We produce custom color concentrates for a wide array of plastic resins ranging from polyolefins to engineering resins. We service hundreds of plastic processors including injection molders, blow molders, rotomolders and many others.
Special Effects Concentrates:
Accel Color develops, produces and delivers a diverse palette of Special Effects Concentrates. These include granite, marble effect, fluorescent, pearlescent, and glow-in-the-dark concentrates.
Dry Color Blends:
Accel Color offers an advanced dry color capability for rotomolders, compression molders and others. These products have successfully colored a broad listing of resins not limited to but including the polyolefin resin family, styrenics and engineering resins.
Color GEMs:
Accel Color produces highly loaded color concentrates using a proprietary manufacturing process. Using a universal carrier system, these products offer lower usage levels with the opportunity for coloring economies. Color GEMs are pelletized and can be used without special feeding systems.
Precolor:
For those molders whose needs dictate the use of precolored polymers, Accel Color delivers. Accel encourages and welcomes precolor product development and orders in situations where this best fits the customer’s process and situation.
Additive Concentrates:
Accel has the technology to custom formulate specialty additive concentrates to modify and improve the properties of polymers - additives such as blowing agents, UV stabilizers, antioxidants, internal mold release, purge compounds, plus many others. Challenge us to formulate an additive solution for your polymer performance needs.
Custom Lead-times:
Accel’s innovative business model allows the flexibility to customize our lead-times to match the customer’s need rather than a corporate standard lead-time. Most often our lead-time in product development and in manufacturing is what the customer requests.
Small order proficiency:
Here again, Accel Color differs from the competition. We do not have standard established minimum quantities. Our business process allows us to make small lot orders efficiently and cost effectively. We encourage our sales associates to service this market segment!
